The Jean Claude Diallo health post project in Guinea.

How did this idea come about?

In 1998, Jean Claude Diallo travelled to Guinea with a group of German friends to find out where his father was born. On that occasion, the community’s council of elders approached the group and asked for help in building a functional healthcare system for the population. The group went back, but the idea of supporting this community remained.

On Good Friday, 21.03.2008, our founding member and vice-president, Jean Claude DIALLO, died at the age of 62, to everyone’s surprise.

He left a void that could not be filled, not only for our club, but above all for his family and friends.
By decision of the Annual General Meeting, it was decided in 2008 that the Sarèbowal Health Centre would be renamed the Jean Claude Diallo Health Centre.
